Wooden mallets are available in three sizes and multiple wood choices, two standard options include (Black Walnut handle w/ Maple Head) & (White Oak handle w/ Black Walnut head).  This tool is a great addition for any wood workers toolbox or a show piece for your shop. Wooden mallets are often preferred over standard metal or rubber mallets because they can be tailored to fit more ergonomically in the hand and prevent marring of the wood surface.

Mallets are made with a three-part construction process, crafted with a hollow core, and filled with precision weighed steel shot.  Choose to leave the mallet blank, use the Furman Millworks logo, or send us your own custom design (we will send you a digital proof for review before making).  Engravings can be plain or filled in with black epoxy to really make it pop.  All mallets are coated with an oil finish unless stated otherwise.
