CNC Wood Machining

What is CNC?

CNC stands for Computer Numerically Controlled. Once the program is designed and written, our CNC router will automatically cut or engrave the work piece with little to no human interaction.

Capability

Our state-of-the-art CNC Router can cut or engrave a work piece up to 4 feet diameter and 12 feet length. We are also capable of working a piece up to 7 inches thick.

We can flatten a wood piece, cut into a shape, or engrave a design on it.

Advantages

A few great advantages of using a CNC for your project include lead times, accuracy, and repeatability.

Lead times can be dramatically reduced by commissioning your project by means of CNC due to the speed at which the can cut.  Accuracy of a project is very important to us and our customers which is why we take pride in our machine keeping a .001″ tolerance.  No matter how small or detailed your project is, we can make your creation come to life!

The last key advantage of using a CNC is the repeatability this machine offers.  Whether you have many parts or would like to make a project multiple different times a year and require them to be identical, there is no other option.  One program will make endless parts that are all identical to one another, which is very important to our customers.
